Compliments and comments

We welcome all kinds of feedback on our services. Comments and compliments from you help us to keep our service standards high, to know what areas we are doing well in and to know where services need to improve. Equally complaints help us to improve.

You can make a complaint or give us a compliment or comment by:

  • talking in person to a member of staff
  • online here
  • phone or fax
  • email
  • writing us a letter
  • asking a relative or someone else to contact us for you.

We regularly ask for your feedback about particular services. If you would like to be more involved then join our ViewPoint pool of residents who offer their views about various service areas or proposed changes. We often pay you for your time.
