If you require a repair in a shared space (such as a corridor or hallway), please use the following methods to report an issue.
We have set response times for each type of repair. When you report a repair we will tell you which category it is in and keep you informed about when the repair will be completed. You can also check the progress of the repair via your secure online account. Just click on the My Octavia button at the top of this page and register or log-in.
