Our real-time resident survey tool

Listening and acting on your feedback is incredibly important to us, as we want to keep improving to deliver fantastic services. We’re introducing regular, short surveys so we can make improvements to our services quickly and with real-time insight from you. We’ll still be carrying out our larger Tenant Satisfaction surveys, but these quick surveys will help us capture feedback more regularly.  

 

How long will the survey take to complete?

The survey will generally ask you just two simple questions; to find out how satisfied you are with the recent service you received and why. It should be easy and only take a few minutes to complete.

 

Where will it be sent from?

You’ll receive the survey either by text or email, depending on your contact preferences.

If you get it by text, it will be sent on the mobile number 07860 099969. Here, you’ll be asked to reply via text with your answers.

If you get it via email, it will be sent to you by abri@feedback.abri.co.uk. In the email, you’ll be asked to click a link which will take you through to the survey form.

 

When will I receive a survey?

You’ll be sent a survey at specific service touchpoints, including when you move into your home, after you’ve received a maintenance service from us, and if you’ve raised a complaint.

We’ll never send you a survey to follow up an ASB case. We currently use a different tool to follow up on repairs, so you won’t receive this survey after you’ve had a repair done by us.

 

How can I opt out?

You can opt out of receiving this survey by calling our Contact Centre on 0300 123 1567. Once you’ve received a survey, you can also opt out by clicking the opt-out button on the survey form.
