August Bank Holiday service arrangements

We’ll be providing a limited service to residents over the August Bank Holiday. There will be further temporary changes due to the Notting Hill Carnival. 

Emily House – Because of the Notting Hill Carnival, Emily House will be closed to visitors from 3pm on Thursday 21 August and will re-open on Tuesday 26 August at 9am. 

Customer Contact Centre - this will be closed from 5pm on Friday 22 August and will re-open on Tuesday 26 August at 9am. 

Reporting a repair – Our routine repairs service will be closed from 5pm on Friday 22 August and will re-open on Tuesday 26 August at 8.30am. Please continue to report emergency repairs in the usual way by calling us 24/7 on 020 8354 5500. 

Normal services resume on Tuesday 26 August.
