Important update on our partnership

Back in December 2024, Octavia Housing joined the Abri group as a subsidiary. Since then, lots of work has taken place to improve services. To help us get services back to the high level you deserve, we need to work as one big team with the Abri group.

To make that happen, there’s some work that needs to happen in the background with our systems. From Monday 8 September, Octavia and Abri will move to working on one set of systems. By bringing our platforms, data, and processes together, we will be able to work better together to improve our resident services. 

Emily House is closed to visitors on Friday afternoon (5/9/25)

To make all the changes listed above, Emily House will be closed to visitors from 1pm on Friday 5 September. It will open again as usual at 9am on Monday 8 September.

Reporting a repair - Resident should please report all urgent repairs as usual on Friday afternoon and over the weekend by calling 020 8354 5500. For all non-urgent repair and other enquiries after 12pm on Friday, please email us on info@octavia.org.uk

Our Contact Centre will be open as usual from 9am on Monday 8 September.

Our telephone number is changing

  • From Monday 8 September, our phone number will be 0300 123 1567 – anyone who need to contact us should start using it from next week
  • Our email address will still be info@octavia.org.uk

What else is changing?

If someone from one of our team emails you, you might notice their email will be @abri.co.uk from next week onwards – please rest assured, they are still an Octavia employee

Residents will start to see ‘Abri’ a bit more. For example:

  • letters may have Abri and Octavia logos
  • all Octavia colleagues will have an @abri.co.uk email address
  • all Octavia colleagues email signatures will include the Abri and Octavia logos
  • regular communications, like the resident newsletters will include Abri and Octavia logos
