Our 2025 resident survey

You'll soon receive an invitation to complete a survey all about you and your tenancy with us. 

The aim of this survey is to help us better understand our residents, and improve the way we communicate with you. This will also help us improve the services we provide to you, making them more efficient and accessible. 

We want to make sure our homes and communities are safe spaces for everyone to live. So by sharing your equality and diversity data with us, we’ll be able to make sure your voice is heard. 

We’ll be sending the survey out in batches so you might not be asked to complete it yet, but we aim to contact all residents this year. You’ll be asked to complete the questions as the tenancy holder as well as anyone else living at your property. It will only take a couple of minutes to complete. 

• If we have your email address, the survey will be sent to you as an email from Octavia Housing with a link to complete a set of questions.  

• If you’re completing the form after receiving a letter from us, you’ll also need your access code to hand to access the link to complete the form. 

Now that Octavia is part of the Abri Group, all data collected in this form will be stored in line with Abri’s privacy policy. You can read more about this here: Privacy & Your Right to Know.
