What is My Abri?
My Abri is the online customer portal available to residents of the Abri group, including Octavia. It’s available 24/7, 365 days a year, giving you access to services and information at the touch of a button.
What can I use My Abri for?
We’re still working on making some features available on My Abri for Octavia residents, but at the moment, you can:
- send us a message
- update your details, including contact information
- read about news and events going on in your area
- access lots of information about services we provide
How can I set up an account?

Is there a My Abri app?
There isn’t a My Abri app, but you can access the portal through a web browser on any device with an internet connection, including a mobile phone. Just head to www.myabri.co.uk to get started.
