Rehousing adult children
If your home is overcrowded and you ahve a son or daughter over the age of 18, we may be able to offer them a bedsit or studio flat through our 'child of tenant' scheme.
Applicants for this scheme need the following:
- proof that they are able to manage their own tenancy, including paying their own rent;
- they cannot have any children of their own; and
- there cannot be any rent arrears on the current tenancy.
