Our latest extra-care scheme, Leonora House in Maida Vale, is now officially open.
The scheme comprises of 21 self-contained flats for older people, some of whom have dementia or a learning disability, and offers 24 hour care on site for those residents who need it.
A youth-led documentary run by the Octavia Foundation (charity set up by Octavia Housing) will premiere at the London School of Economics on the 6 March.
The documentary, called Hidden Herstories: Women of Change, was created by a diverse group of 20 young west Londoners and focuses on the life of our founder, the social housing pioneer Octavia Hill, alongside three other inspirational women.
The Sunday Times 2010 'Ones to Watch' list has named Octavia Housing as a top contender. Octavia Housing beat off hundreds of entrants in the Sunday Times survey, which is a reflection of how fulfilled, motivated and engaged a company's employees are.
