Moving options
If you are an Octavia tenant and you want to move to another home, there are a number of options for you:
- Transfers - we use a choice-based lettings service to give our tenants more opportunity to transfer to another home.
- Mutual exchanges - depending on your tenancy type, this option allows tenants to permanently swap homes with other tenants around the country.
- Down-sizing - we offer some tenants payment incentives to give up large homes if they no longer need the extra space to move into a smaller home.
- Rehousing your adult children - sometimes we can re-house children over 18 into bedsits or studio flats to alleviate overcrowded households.
