Our reputation as a successful developer and valued partner, we believe comes from our ability to balance the needs of developers, local authorities and the Homes and Communities Agency to achieve mutually beneficial results.

View the progress of one of our latests projects with partners Willmott Dixon. The result is an impressive 115 home development creating an iconic building in Wembley High Street:

Octavia in partnership with private developers

We have been developing complex Section 106 sites for many years. The integration of all parties is vital in developing a successful scheme. We understand the planning process, spatial planning  and we take a goal-led approach.

Through our strong financial position and excellent reputation with the HCA we can discuss scheme proposals and obtain approval of grant funding at an early stage. For examples of our recent developments take a look at Johnson House, Blandford Street and Siddons Lane.

Part of the Connected Partnership

We work jointly with Shepherds Bush Housing Group Association and Origin Group to provide homes on a series of developments in central and west London. Together, the Connected Partnership is able to provide increased capacity for development in high value areas and often building high densities. These raise important issues of design which we know from experience can have a long term impact on the success or otherwise of a project from a management perspective. Visit our partnerships page to find out more.
