Advice Westminster recently launched a new online service to provide advice and information on topics including welfare benefits, employment rights, access to health, debt and immigration.

This is a unique service which will make it easier for local residents to access the advice they need by filling in a simple online form. Applicants will receive a one-off response within 3 working days from a trained adviser, who will provide advice or information, or give details of other organisations that may be able to help.

For those who choose not to use the email advice service, the Advice Westminster website also provides information about a wide range of advice agencies in the borough.

Advice Westminster is a product of the Reform Advice in Westminster (RAW) project, led by Migrants Resource Centre in partnership with Zacchaeus 2000 Trust and Westminster Citizens Advice Bureau. The project was set up to support Westminster advice agencies to deliver more sustainable advice services, to improve access to advice and to address causes of demand for advice.
