My Octavia is our rent and repairs phone app for residents.

The My Octavia app allows you to:

  • View your rent balance, transactions and statements on your mobile phone
  • Track the status of your repairs
  • Update the contact details we hold for you, other household members and your next of kin
  • Contact Octavia and request a service
  • View the status of your home gas safety certificate.

It’s easy to start using My Octavia and once you have set up your account, you can access it any time of day or night. It’s FREE to use and available on the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play Store (Android). 

You will be able to see your current rent balance and your rent payment transactions.

You will also be able to see a record of, and track, all your reported repairs (former Ducane HA residents will be able to do this later this year).

How to download the My Octavia app

  1. Go to the Apple Store or GooglePlay Store on your mobile phone
  2. Search ‘Octavia’ and download the free My Octavia app
  3. Register with your rent/ web account number (found on your rent statements or in your welcome pack)
  4. Activate your account with a code we send you by text or email.
