Help us to get things right
We always want to hear from our residents - tell us the good, the bad and the ugly here .
If we are getting it right, please let us know, we want to be an organisation that tenants really value and the only way we can know if we are achieving that is if you tell us.
If we are getting it wrong, please let us know. You can make a complaint here or you can write, phone or email us.
When we get a complaint, we will:
• carry out a fair and full investigation
• aim to get a response to you within 10 working days
• give you a right to appeal if you are not satisfied with our response
• put things right if we have done something the wrong way.
