It is a valuable resource as it enables a large number of people to influence the services that we provide in a way that is convenient to them. For example, some consultations are conducted through telephone surveys or postal questionnaires.

The Consultative Pool has already helped us improve policies and services, ranging from how we maintain our properties to how we manage transfer applications.

We’re always keen to welcome as many tenants as possible, from different areas, age groups, backgrounds and cultures. The Consultative Pool is currently under-represented by people from ethnic minority background and we particularly encourage their application. 

All residents attending consultation meetings will be paid their travel expenses and also any dependents care costs you may have incurred as a result of your attendance.
