Contents insurance
Find out about what we insure and what we don't cover.
We insure the building that you are living in. We don't insure your personal belongings. We strongly advise you to take out contents insurance, so that if your belongings are damaged or stolen, you have the money to replace them. For information about our own tenant contents' insurance scheme, contact the Customer Services Team or use our enquiry form.
If it is our fault that your belongings are damaged, you may be able to claim against our insurance. Contact the Customer Services Team or your Neighbourhood Officer.
