Overview of Octavia's work with Leaseholders
Octavia has a number of properties that have been sold under the Right to Buy, the Right to Acquire or where a decision was made to sell a property on the open market. The owners of these properties are known as leaseholders
These properties have been sold on what are known as long leases like any other flat sold on the open market.
Octavia own the block or building and the owner of the flat pays charges such as ground rent, communal service charges and the cost of major works to Octavia.
We have a dedicated staff member devoted to managing these properties and dealing with the legal issues that may arise.
