The TSG meets regularly to discuss policies, services and other issues. They also hold an Annual General Meeting to report back to tenants on their activities and to find out from you what they should focus on in the next year.

Octavia supports the TSG through providing a budget for its running, training and administrative support; enabling them to be an effective voice for tenants. Some members are also involved at Board level, as Tenant Inspectors or represent residents at local strategic partnerships.

The TSG is:

• Keen to hear from tenants.
• Welcoming individuals who are interested in attending their meetings.
• Encouraging tenants to get involved in a way that suits them.

They have a constitution which they follow to ensure a democratic culture. This constitution has been approved of by members (all fellow tenants) at their Annual General Meeting, September 2007
