We are investing a total of £3.2 million per annum to ensure that all our properties meet the Government's Decent Homes Standard by 2010. This is a major programme that is designed to ensure we can keep all of our homes in a permanently reasonable standard.

Ultimately the Board is responsible for the running of the Association. The Board comprises three tenant members, six other volunteers with relevant specialist knowledge and the Chief Executive. The Board meets every eight weeks. There are also a series of sub-committees that cover the various specialist areas including finance, housing and development. The day to day running of the Association is the responsibility of the Chief Executive and the Directors team.
Certainly. Larger homes are desperately needed to help overcrowded families. We operate a scheme to give you a cash sum if you move to a smaller property. Contact your neighbourhood officer for more information.
You must give us four weeks' notice in writing before ending your tenancy (a full calendar month, if you have a monthly tenancy), otherwise you will be charged to the end of the notice period.
You must get our written permission before keeping pets in your home. If you have any pets you must keep them under control.
