Ways to Request a Repair

How best to inform Octavia of a repair that you would like us to carry out.

Requesting a Repair by Calling Us

You can request a repair by phoning our Repairs Direct line on 020 8354 5515, between 8.30am and 5pm. They will take down details about the repair, as well as asking when you will be in for the contractor to visit.

When you call us, we will raise your order, then confirm with you:

  • the repair to be carried out
  • the name of the contractor and their contact details
  • when you said you would be in for the contractor to call
  • when we expect the contractor to finish the work.

If the job will be expensive, or we need to know more about it before contacting the contractor, we may send someone to inspect it first.

Out-of-hours emergencies

If you need to request an emergency repair outside our normal office hours, phone Homeserve, our out-of-hours emergency service on 0845 6013283.
