For urgent emergency repairs, please phone us so we can talk to you on 020 8354 5515 (for Temporary Accomodation and Let Start tenants call 020 8354 5600) between 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday or if you need to request an emergency repair outside our normal office hours, phone Homeserve, our out-of-hours emergency service on 0845 6013283.
