We aim to satisfy you when repairs are made. If you are not satisfied, the following information will help you to feedback your disatisfaction to us.

Are you satisfied?

To make sure our contractors are doing a good job, we inspect many of the jobs they carry out. We may also contact you by post or by phone to ask how your repair went. What you tell us helps us to check that our service is good and shows us how we can improve it in future.

If, at any time, you aren't happy with work done on your home, we'd like to hear from you. If your problem is serious, you may also want make a complaint.


Compensation

We will pay you compensation if we fail to repair and maintain your home properly. See our tenant booklet on Compensation & other payments.

As our tenant, it is your responsibility, as set out in your tenancy agreement and this booklet, to:

  • take care of your home
  • report any repairs to us as soon as possible
  • repair anything that is your responsibility.
