With the slow turnover of stock and high housing demands in London, overcrowding is a major issue for us.
We have a scheme to encourage tenants who are "under occupying" to move to smaller properties so that we can help to address some of our tenants who are overcrowded. We may offer you compensation for moving somewhere smaller.
