Overview of the process of renting your property to us.
In addition to providing permanent homes we also provide short-term accommodation to families and individuals who would otherwise be accommodated in bed and breakfast hotels.
We provide this service by leasing properties from 3 to 5 years, from private landlords and letting these to families and individuals nominated by a local authority.
We are currently looking for properties in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea that we can lease for 3 to 5 years. We work in partnership with Kensington & Chelsea Council and offer a number of attractive benefits to property owners.
Please note that we will also consider purchasing your ex-local authority property for providing accommodation.
