In addition to providing permanent homes we also provide short-term accommodation to families and individuals who would otherwise be accommodated in bed and breakfast hotels.

It's no secret there's a shortage of homes available for affordable rent. It means that many famiilies in housing need have to wait for a permanent home. With more people becoming homeless, we've increased our temporary housing work over the years. We rent many of the properties we use from private landlords and a large number are in council blocks.

As a temporary tenant you may pay a much higher rent than your council tenant neighbour, this is because of the the rent we have to pay to your landlord.

We provide this service by leasing properties from 3 to 5 years, from private landlords and letting these to families and individuals nominated by a local authority.

We are currently looking for properties in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea that we can lease for 3 to 5 years. We work in partnership with Kensington & Chelsea Council and offer a number of attractive benefits to property owners.

We will also consider purchasing your ex-local authority property for providing accommodation.
