Overview of the Housing Services Management structure within Octavia

Housing Services

Octavia provides good quality affordable housing for those who need it. Our services are designed using best sector practice combined with the involvement and support of our tenants.

To achieve this, a third of our Board members are tenants. We have a diverse and representative Tenant Steering Group who meet regularly with officers to discuss policy and performance. We also have a wider Tenants’ Consultative Pool which is a larger group of tenants that we consult more informally on issues. Finally we work with a group of tenant Service Inspectors who are trained to review and feed back on our services.

We partner local authorities and associations to try to ensure that we co-ordinate our work on neighbourhood issues.
