The options available on leasing your property
Whether you own one property for renting or a portfolio or you are thinking of investing in property, leasing to Octavia makes sense. You can lease to us and receive these benefits:
- Regular income and guaranteed rent throughout the term of the lease.
- No void rent loss - if the property is empty you will still get paid rent.
- We do not charge any commission, the rent we agree is the rent you get.
- We guarantee vacant possession at the end of the term should you decide that you do not wish to renew the lease.
- We may be able to obtain a grant from the local authority to assist in meeting the standards required.
