What type of properties do we require?
We are looking for one, two, three and four-bedroom properties within the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. All properties must be self-contained and meet certain minimum standards.
We are happy to take houses and flats but with certain provisos regarding access. All properties must be in good condition, both internally and externally, and meet legal and local council standards.
If your flat is in a block, or you have a block of flats that you wish to lease to us, there are certain requirements covering fire safety equipment and the communal areas. If this applies to your property, our negotiator will be able to advise you accordingly.
We already lease a number of flats above shops and as long as they meet required standards we are happy to lease them from you.
