Octavia Housing & Care is a not for profit organisation with a long history of providing housing and care services for people in need.
We provide some 3,900 homes for individuals and families on low incomes primarily in Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham and Brent.

We provide care and support services for older and vulnerable tenants ranging from extra care schemes, supported housing, day centres, lunch clubs to special projects run in partnership with specialist agencies.
In partnership with Local Authorities we are working to provide homes for families who would otherwise be in bed and breakfast accommodation.
Our current development programme is extensive consisting of 600 new mixed tenure homes with an emphasis on sustainability for people in need. Along with Origin Housing Group and Shepherds Bush Housing Group, we forged the Connected Partnership which seeks to deliver 1,000 new homes a year in the North and West London sub-regions.
We also run and manage a shared ownership programme targeted at helping first time buyers, key workers and people on Local Authority waiting lists to buy a home on the open market so that they can live and work in the heart of London.
We run the Octavia Foundation to support disadvantaged people in the areas in which we operate. The Foundation encourages community involvement, delivers employment and training opportunities, promotes financial inclusion, social care and education.
