Whatever your query, you should always contact our Customer Services Team first. They are there to deal with your repairs, transfer queries, give you basic rent account updates and take rent payments over the phone. If they aren’t able to help you, they will either transfer your call or take a message and pass on the details to someone in the right department.
For all repairs enquiries, phone 020 8354 5515 on Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 5.00pm
or 020 8354 5500 from 9.00am until 5.00pm for all other enquiries.

If you wish to make a repair request, you can use our repairs request form. But please phone rather than sending an email if your repair is an emergency, so that we can get a contractor out to you without delay.
To report an emergency repair when our offices are shut, phone 0845 601 3283.
We have duty officers available from 9.00am to 5.00pm on Monday to Friday. If the person you wish to speak to in our housing or maintenance teams is not available, we will give you the option of speaking to a duty officer instead.
