Hardship grants
Additional grants to help people most in need.
Working with our sister charity, Friends of Octavia, we have provided grants to help individuals in need.
These grants are a lifeline for elderly or vulnerable Octavia tenants. Many are living on benefits or low incomes and replacing household items that have broken is often costly and unaffordable.
Last year we provided grants of £22,500 to seventy two individuals.
