Some people need to have their accommodation adapted to enable them to live independently and to access all the amenities of their home. Octavia are keen to play an active in supporting tenants in this process and each year we do both minor and major works for tenants depending on what they require.  However this is sometimes more complicated than a simple home repair or improvement. All major adaptations require health professional involvement to ensure that the right works are done.

Following our review we are working closely with local occupational therapists to get the best service we can for our tenants. We have produced a new procedure to improve the adaptations service we offer.
 
If you require a small adaptation to your home such as a grab rail to help your mobility you should phone our CSO team (on 020 8354 5500) to arrange this. Should you require more major adaptations then you will need to have an assessment by an Occupational Therapist.  However if you would like to discuss the matter with our staff first then please phone the CSO team and they will refer you to the appropriate member of staff..
