Resident service inspectors

The best people to check how we are performing on providing services are our residents. We ask residents to mystery shop us and conduct surveys to check that we are meeting our published services standards and fulfilling the promises we have made to residents.

We also utilise the expertise of this group to advise us on areas we know we can improve on. If you want to get involved in this project contact us.

Twice a year we audit our services against our service standards. You can view our service standards in our publications section, under Residents' handbook and you can view the latest audits using the menu to the left.
