QHS audit
Octavia Housing were one of just three asscoications to ever have been awarded an enhanced accreditation from Quality Housing Services (QHS) in 2008.
QHS excellence criteria assists housing associations become customer focussed as it takes the resident as a starting point, and focuses on making improvements to services delivered to them. QHS certification is one of the key tools which we use to develop and measure continuous improvement of our services.
QHS Certification has been developed exclusively for the housing sector and focuses on the following areas of activity:

- Accessibility.
- Information and documentation.
- Supporting people seeking housing.
- Maintenance.
- Rent payment and collection.
- Complaints handling.
- Estate management and anti-social behaviour (ASB).
