What impact has resident involvement had over the past year?
To achieve our ambition of creating an organisation that our residents really value we want them to influence as many aspects of our work as possible. By getting involved, residents can help make a difference to what we do, and how we do it.
The Resident involvement impact assessment shows the positive difference resident involvement has made over the past year, or in other words, what has actually changed as a result of residents getting involved. We have used a traffic light system to rate each involvement option in terms of its effectiveness and value for money to show where improvements could be made. The report also shows who was involved, what they thought and what's coming up for resident involvement over the next year.
