Octavia shortlisted for three awards at Inside Housing's Sustainable Housing Awards 2012
Octavia Housing have been shortlisted in three categories at Inside Housing's prestigious Sustainable Housing Awards 2012 for our innovative approach to green homes.
We have been shortlisted in the 'Sustainable smaller housing retrofit project of the year' and the 'Low energy social housing project of the year' for our Passivhaus retrofit project at 100 Princedale Road, which is the first certified Passivhaus retrofit in the UK. We have also been shortlisted in the 'Social housing provider of the year - innovative approach to green homes' category for our overall approach to sustainability.
