Congratulations to Eileen O' Brien, winner of the £1000 clear rent incentive!
All tenants were given a chance to enter a prize draw to win £1000, if they had clear rent account on 31 March 2012 and sent back their entry postcards, and Eileen O’ Brien of Peel House was the lucky winner.
Eileen has been an Octavia tenant for nearly two years and has never been in rent arrears. Eileen said, ‘A big thank you for entering me in the prize draw. I’m extremely happy to have won the £1000 prize money and will put it to good use.’
