New be involved strategy launched for 2012-2015
Involving residents in improving our services is incredibly important to us as an organisation. To outline how we intend to do this over the next three years, we are excited to launch our new Be Involved Strategy 2012-15.
To develop the strategy, we consulted with over 130 residents, by carrying out door-knocking exercises, a ViewPoint! survey, and also two workshops. As part of this consultation, our residents told us that we need to offer many different ways to involve different people, including informal, flexible and innovative methods alongside the more traditional but effective methods that we currently offer.
This strategy aims to build on our previous successes, involve more residents, and to increase the changes that residents can make to how we work.Thank you to all of the residents who took part in the development of the strategy.
