Learning and development
Our aim is to ensure that staff have the right skills, knowledge and experience to perform their jobs to the highest standard.
To achieve this we provide opportunities and facilities for learning and development and are fully committed to our Investors in People accreditation.
We run in-house courses and staff are sent on external courses as necessary; these include IT training, management development and a range of technical skills courses.
Staff have opportunity to apply for sponsorship to study for professional qualifications and undertake study leave.
We encourage promotion from within, all of our jobs are advertised internally.
