We have an excellent opportunity for a capable Facilities Officer.
Reporting to the Head of HR and Facilities you will be responsible for the provision of effective office management services within Octavia. You will be the first point of contact for office service issues including office supplies, security and cleaning contractor service levels, our archive facility, pool cars and CCTV and door entry systems.
The successful candidate will have experience of facilities management within an office environment, be very customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills, IT literate and be capable of working on their own initiative.
