Job title: Bank Customer Service Officers

We are currently looking to start a bank of Customer Service Officers to help us through periods where we need cover.

The Customer Service team are responsible for providing a one stop shop service for the Association. The team deal with all calls coming in through the one stop shop and repairs lines, processing day to day repairs requests and answering basic housing management queries.

The Customer Service team require bank Customer Services staff to provide support during busy periods and staff annual leave. Duties of the role will include answering telephone queries from tenants and other callers regarding maintenance; processing Council Tax enquiries and payment requests; assisting with the letting of properties and providing customers with information on moving home and assisting in opening and distributing the incoming post.
