The Board and the staff of the association are guided by a vision to:  "create an organisation that tenants really value."

This theme means that we lay great store by tenant involvement in all aspects of our work, and at all levels of the organisation. We know from consultation work that we have done that tenants value an organisation that achieves on a number of fronts.

This means providing good services, at a reasonable cost, developing more homes, but also investing in the ones we already have. It means supporting community projects - like debt advice and employment support and also investing in services that benefit our older residents.

The association has defined four core values:

• We recognise that it is the responsibility of all employees and board members to support the delivery of excellent services
• At all times people are to be valued and treated with respect
• As an organisation we aim to be responsive to diverse requirements of tenants and stakeholders
• And we aim to thrive through encouraging innovation, learning and the development of new and better working practices.
