London Housing Strategy
Octavia Housing feature in the Mayor's draft London housing strategy. The GLA Act 2007 gives the Mayor responsibility for producing London’s housing strategy. His draft for consultation with the London Assembly and functional bodies was published on 20 November 2008. Embodied in the strategy is the Mayor’s vision for housing in London and Octavia Housing were featured as a case study of best practice for our Bourbon Lane scheme. See page 63 to read in full.

QHS Audit of Emily House
We have just received formal QHS accreditation in October 2007. As part of the 6 monthly audit for Emily House the Quality Housing Services (QHS) Auditors will be looking at several key areas of our service
