Octavia is a charitable housing association registered with the Housing Corporation.

Martin Young, Chairman Martin is a banker and Chartered Accountant with wide experience as a non-executive director and chairman. |

Gwyn Morris Gwyn was formerly the Head of the Older People's Service at teh RBKC. He provides valuable knowledge in care services and is Chair of the Care and Support Services Panel. |

Sylvia Warman-James A tenant of Octavia, Sylvia has worked for a Local Authority and is currently working for an organisation to promote an information system for a choice base lettings scheme. |
Octavia has an open recruitment policy for board members. Up to one third of members are tenants. In other cases, any vacancies will be advertised and will also appear in the vacancies section of our website
Individuals may apply to be shareholders. No shareholder may hold more than one share and shares do not carry any rights to interest, dividend or bonus.
