Octavia owns a portfolio of commerical properties. Many of these are linked to or below residential accommodation. They include shops, offices and garages. On all of these we charge commercial rents. The properties are managed as investments, which means we seek to generate maximum returns from these in order to support the association's work on housing support and community development.
