Investors in People (IIP)
Our commitment to IIP
Investors in People (IIP) is a national standard which provides employers with a framework to help them achieve success through effective performance of their staff. To achieve this award, organisations need to demonstrate that staff have the right knowledge, skills and motivation to work efficiently.
Octavia Housing has been an accredited Investor in People for many years. Our last assessment in 2006 described the association as "an excellent example of an organisation using the Investors in People framework to create a high performing learning culture."
