Connected Partnership
Octavia's role in the Connected Development Partnership
Octavia is the lead member of the Connected Development partnership. Working jointly with the Shepherds Bush Housing Association and with the Origin Group, the partnership develop homes across north and west London. In the two years to March 2008 the partnership has a grant programme of £42 million.
In 2007, the partnership met all of the Delivery targets set by the Housing Corporation and appeared in the top quartile of performers on the Corporation's "value for money" index.
